Elder Stories are arriving in video form for those that can't make it to Elder Storytelling night. This video was taken on an evening hosting our honoured elder, Peter Irniq.

Our respected elder discusses aspects of Inuit culture from his own unique perspective and experiences. We hope you enjoy it and we plan to add more to this page in the future. As Peter Irniq describes he has gone from being born in an igloo  to the age of microwave ovens and the Internet.  He was the 2nd commissioner of Nunavut.
