The Ottawa Inuit Children’s Centre Board of Directors is voted in by the parents of the children enrolled in the program at the Annual General Meeting held in the fall. Parents/guardians of children in the Head Start Program are encouraged to become involved as a board member. The Board of Directors meets monthly. Parents/guardians are welcome to attend any meetings. Any questions and or concerns that a family member may have can be brought to the Executive Director of the Program. If you feel that the issue has not been dealt with in a satisfactory manner then you are encouraged to put your idea, suggestion and or complaint forward to the Board of Directors and you may, with notice, have your issue added to the agenda and attend the meeting when it is discussed. |
