Each parent/guardian of a child enrolled in the Sivummut Head Start Program is a member of the Ottawa Inuit Children’s Centre Corporation and therefore has a right to vote at the Annual General Meeting. At this meeting the Board of Directors report on the past year, a financial report is done by an auditor and new Board of Director Members are voted in.
